The difference between vision and illusion is the number of people who believe in it.

This is the motto of my company. As a senior professional in dialogue, mindsetting & change communication I contribute via interim services to organizations in change, or rather "in motion". My focus is on guarding the internal identity and stimulating bonding and commitment among management and employees. This translates the organizational identity to the external parties.
